By accessing the website or using Radin, you agree to these terms. If you use Radin for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Radin provides workforce operations software and related websites, support, and services. Features, service levels, fees, subscription periods, and implementation commitments may be set out in an order form or separate customer agreement.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers. Website descriptions are general information and are not a promise that every feature is available in every plan, location, or deployment.

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your users follow these terms and your organisation's policies.

• Do not use Radin unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or access data without permission.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the services except where the law expressly permits it.

You retain ownership of information you or your users submit to Radin. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that information to provide and secure the services.

You are responsible for having appropriate authority, notices, and lawful grounds to provide personal information to Radin. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Customer agreements may include additional data-processing and security terms.

Fees and payment terms, where applicable, are stated in the relevant order form or customer agreement. We may improve or change the services over time and will handle material changes in accordance with any applicable agreement.

Radin may interoperate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for third-party products outside our control.

Radin and its licensors retain all rights in the website, services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related materials, excluding customer data. Feedback may be used to improve Radin without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

We work to keep Radin reliable and secure, but services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the website and any free or evaluation services are provided as available without implied warranties.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any warranties, liability limits, indemnities, and remedies for paid services are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or a material breach. Termination rights and the handling or return of customer data are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

The governing law and dispute process stated in an order form or customer agreement apply. If there is no separate agreement, mandatory law determines the available rights and forum. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. We may update these terms and will post the revised date above.
