Privacy Policy

This website privacy policy explains how Radin handles personal information when you visit our marketing website, contact us, or request a demo.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, organisation, team size, preferred language, and any message you submit when contacting us or requesting a demo.

When you submit a form, we also record how your visit began: the campaign parameters (UTM) in the link you followed, the website that referred you (without its query string), the page you first landed on, and the page you submitted from. This is held only in your browser tab until you submit, and helps us understand which channels bring enquiries.

When privacy-preserving website analytics are enabled, we record page views, FAQ opens, completed demo requests, and error events. We do not send demo-form field values to analytics, use persistent browser identifiers, enable automatic interaction capture, or record sessions. Technical event data may include approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device type, and referral source. Personal information processed within the Radin product is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms, not this website policy.

2. How we use information

We use personal information only for legitimate business and service purposes, including to:

  • respond to enquiries, arrange demos, and communicate about Radin;
  • provide, operate, secure, support, and improve our website and services;
  • understand website performance and diagnose technical problems;
  • prevent misuse, protect our rights, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Our basis for processing

Depending on where you are located, we process personal information with your consent, to take steps at your request or perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as operating and improving Radin, securing our services, and responding to prospective customers.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with trusted providers that host, maintain, secure, analyse, or support our services, and with professional advisers where necessary. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or our services, or as part of a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information. Providers may use information only to perform services for us and must handle it under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet contractual, legal, accounting, or security requirements. Retention periods vary by the type of record and our relationship with you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International transfers

Radin and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and take steps to ensure information remains protected.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to request a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

You can contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

8. Children, changes, and contact

Our website and services are intended for organisations and working-age users and are not directed to children. We may update this policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The date above shows when it was last revised.

If you have a privacy question, concern, or rights request, contact Radin through our contact page.
