Getting started
We recommend starting with one defined operational workflow. Timing depends on workforce structure, sites, attendance methods, rules, and integrations, and is agreed during pilot scoping.
Yes. Radin imports employees from Excel, including departments, roles, and reporting lines, so you can move your records over in minutes.
Not necessarily. Employees can check in from the mobile app inside a geofence, or from a printed QR code at the gate. A kiosk is just a tablet with a camera, and punches from attendance terminals you already own can be ingested too.
Design partner, Operations rollout, and Enterprise engagements include onboarding support, and Enterprise customers get a dedicated success manager.
Languages & calendar
Yes — the entire interface is translated, and both right-to-left and left-to-right layouts are first-class rather than a stylesheet afterthought.
Attendance, requests, payroll, and reports all render in the calendar system your organization uses, and official holidays resolve on your business timezone rather than the server's.
Yes. Language is a per-account preference, so each person uses Radin in the language they're most comfortable with — on the web and in the mobile app.
Security & billing
Radin uses role-based access control and secure authentication, with single sign-on across your Radin apps. Changing a password revokes every older session immediately, including mobile tokens.
Pricing is currently tailored to the active frontline workforce, number of sites, operational complexity, integrations, and the first workflow being implemented.
Yes, you can move between plans as your organization grows.
Deployment, intelligence & payroll-ready data
You choose where AI runs, once, for the whole deployment, and every feature works the same either way. On-premise: all AI processing stays on your own servers. Hybrid (the default): personal data such as salaries, national IDs, and attendance stays on your servers, and only non-personal text, like an announcement draft, may use a cloud model. Cloud: processing happens at a cloud provider, and identifiers such as national ID, bank and card numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses are masked before anything leaves and restored when the answer comes back. No individual feature can override that choice.
It answers questions grounded in your policies and the asker's own data, summarizes a manager's day, extracts fields from identity documents, and turns a plain-language settings instruction into a proposed configuration change. AI never decides anything about a person — it suggests, and a human clicks the button.
Yes. Punches queue on the phone and sync when the connection returns, with device clock drift corrected against server time. There is also a mode where the phone shows a signed code fully offline and an online kiosk scans it, so the recorded time is server time.
Not by default. Radin connects rostered work, actual attendance, approved changes, and effective-dated rules to produce traceable hours, exceptions, and payroll-ready outputs for your existing payroll process.
Yes. Employees check in, submit requests, and see their roster from the mobile app, which runs on the same GraphQL API available for your own integrations.
